All Libraries
Reuse element pricing and rate contracts across estimates, quotations, and project work.
All Libraries gives your team a controlled source for reusable commercial information. It contains Element Libraries and Rate Contracts; the tabs you see depend on your role permissions.
Element Libraries
Element Libraries bring product and material information into a reusable working view. Use them when you need consistent descriptions, units, material selections, and rates across project documents.
You can:
- Search library records
- Review product and material information
- Work with the records your role can access
- Reuse standard data instead of entering it again for every project
Product master data is maintained in Product Management.
Rate Contracts
A rate contract groups agreed rates into a named, reusable commercial record. Open Rate Contracts to browse existing contracts or create a new one.
A contract can capture:
- Contract identity and description
- Client or commercial context
- Effective information
- Sections and line items
- Products, materials, units, quantities, and rates
Create a rate contract
- Open All Libraries → Rate Contracts.
- Select Create Rate Contract.
- Enter the contract details.
- Add the required sections and items.
- Review prices and totals.
- Save the contract.
Open a contract from the table to review its details. Use the edit action to update it, or duplicate an existing contract when you need a similar structure without changing the original.
Permissions
Element Libraries and Rate Contracts use separate view and management permissions. If one tab is unavailable, your role may still have access to the other.
Why is All Libraries empty?+
Confirm that your role has permission to view Product Materials or Rate Contracts. If access is correct, add product master data in Settings or create the first rate contract.
